ABOUT THE COURSE

Become an equine thermographer and undertake advanced thermal imaging on horses.

The Equine Thermographers Course is designed for delegates who have already attended the Equine Thermal Imaging Technician Course, and are looking to advance their existing skills and knowledge.

The course builds on the practice of stationary equine scanning by introducing pre and post exercise scans, using thermal imaging video as a visual aid, to evaluate performance. This enables equine thermographers to identify problems that only present themselves during movement.

Delegates will be taught how to detect dermatomes and differentiate between natural thermal cut-offs. This provides vets with an early indication of nerve damage, which can otherwise affect performance, comfort and health.

Interest-free finance is available for this course.
